The Realms of Light and the Spiritual Hierarchy
Ascended Masters are those Divine beings of Light who have acquired sufficient Love, Light, intention and desire for Service to God in life to have taken their ascension while in physical embodiment. There have always been a fair number of Divine Beings (Teacher/ Master-guides) and Angels assisting the earthplane throughout our human history, but now they are much more apparent in our reality. The Ascended Masters who comprise the Spiritual Hierarchy of Shamballa for this planet, are an integral part of the collective of the Brotherhood of the Light and are dedicated to assisting all life on the earth to achieve ascension. The celestial offices of the Spiritual Hierarchy are and always have been the guiding hand and governing body for this planet. There are, of course, other Hierarch in the collective who govern and guide other octaves of the multiverses, and these are most often part of the Councils of Light for each level of Creation, each world and star-system in God’s Kingdom. As we move ever nearer to our personal and planetary transformation into the Higher Realms of Light through the acquisition of the I-AM Consciousness or our Higher Self, the Brotherhood of the Light has become much more apparent in our lives and in our spiritual awareness, as they desire not to leave their brothers and sisters on Earth behind while all life in this Universe ascends. We are definitely reclaiming our heritage from the Ancient Mystery Schools as we enter once more into the Fifth Dimension.
What is the Great White Brotherhood?

"The term "great" refers to both the sheer numbers of the Ascended Host and to the noble assemblage of so many thousands (upwards of 450,000) of Ascended Masters in Light bodies. The Ascended Host comprise what may be referred to as the occult hierarchy of this planet - a society of organised and illumined minds, sometimes referred to as the Elder Brothers of the human race. It is said that they were established on Earth 18 million years ago to oversee the Great Plan for the self-conscious unfoldment of all life. The term "white" refers to Light - pure white Light - for all members of the Great White Brotherhood have achieved the state known as Ascension, in which they have transformed their physical bodies into a body of Light. The term "brotherhood" does not imply the "masculine", but refers to the collegiality and lateral co-operation exhibited by all members, who have achieved a level of spiritual accomplishment and pledged to honour and fulfill the goals of the Ascended Host. The members of the Great White Brotherhood are graduates not just from humanity and from this planet, but from many other lineages and places also. Other names for the collective include: the Great Brotherhood of Light; Brotherhood of the Grail; Grail Guardians; Great Ones; Legion of Light; Lords of the Flame and Lords of Light."
The Great White Brotherhood: (The Brotherhood of Light, the Sisterhood of Light), is a Spiritual Order of Hierarchy and an organization of Ascended Masters, Angels, and Cosmic Beings united for the highest Service to God in all of Life. On Earth, The Great White Brotherhood is a Spiritual Order of Western saints, Eastern adepts, and individuals from every culture and race who have reunited with the Spirit of the Living God and who now comprise the Heavenly Hosts. They have transcended the cycles of karma and rebirth and Ascended (Accelerated and Arisen) into that Higher Reality which is the Eternal Abode of our Individual Divine Identity, the “I-AM Consciousness”. The word "white" refers not to race, but to the aura (halo) of the White Light of the Christ that surrounds the saints and sages of all ages who have Arisen from every nation to be counted among the Immortals.
Ascended Masters are immortal Beings of Light who have incarnated upon the Earth as human souls. Through their devotion and dedication to God, they raised their consciousness into the pure oneness with God and their physical body became immortal, divine light. Thus, they were able to "step through" from the physical plane to a higher octave or dimension of life, either by taking their physical body with them at the time of their upliftment (resurrection) or going through the transitional portal known as ‘death’ to achieve a fully manifested Merkaba or activated “Body of Light”. Their goal through service in Love within the Brotherhood of Light is to serve the earthplane as Teacher-Guides, assisting all life to achieve ascension in this life cycle. Ascended Masters, who have served several incarnations in the lower heavens teaching the Cosmic Law of the Universe, because of their greater love, may have ascended back into the presence of the Father from whence they receive new assignments to teach a wide variety of worlds.
Planetary Dispensation
Spiritual Hierarchy: The Spiritual Hierarchy serving the Earth is considered to be made up of such Ascended Masters. These were individuals of enormous Love and great Wisdom on the earthplane who by their acts of loving-kindness and service to God in Life, attained the Victory of the Ascension and are now in the Company of Heaven (the upper Divine Octaves). The Great White Brotherhood, also known as the Brotherhood of Light, is made up of these, as well as their chelas (unascended disciples) and adepts. The Realms of Light are also viewed as higher states of vibratory consciousness, Divine Consciousness, all of which we are heirs to once we commence our Lighted Pathway Home.
In the milestone book Unveiled Mysteries (1989) there is a quote by Mighty Victory announcing a "New Dispensation" which set aside of the "occult law" on December 31, 1930:
" . . . Beloved children of Earth, you stand upon the Threshold of the Ages. Its door is being held open by the 'Great Ones of Love' who ever invite you to walk consciously by their side in the — 'Light.' No matter what the activities in the world without, walk with the 'Light' and in the 'Light' — regardless of appearances. Then, will you find a Master of the 'Light,' who has trod this self same path before you, ever watches and stands by your side revealing the 'True Way.' The cycle changes and we enter a ''New Dispensation'' that brings with it a safer, more powerful, and yet rapid means by which the one climbing the Path to Attainment is enabled to hold Permanent Contact with the 'Great Cosmic Light'."
The Great Central Sun
The Great Central Sun is the Source and the Center of a Galaxy and a Cosmos. It is the Point of Integration of the Spirit/Matter Cosmos, and the Origin of all physical-spiritual creation. It is the Nucleus, or White Fire Core, of the "Cosmic Egg". (The God Star Sirius is a Focus of the Great Central Sun in our sector of the Galaxy.)
The Sun behind the Sun is the Spiritual Cause behind the physical effect we see as our own Physical Sun and all other stars and star systems, seen or unseen, including the Great Central Sun. The Sun behind the Sun of Cosmos is perceived as the Cosmic Christ - the Word by Whom the Formless was endowed with form and Spiritual Worlds were draped with physicality.

The Teachings - The Rays and the Ray-Masters
The Seven Ray-Masters or Chohans of the first seven of Twelve Planetary Rays are Teacher-guides overlighted by the appropriate Archangels and Mighty Elohim. The Chohans, Archangels and Elohim of all the 18 Rays are dedicated to assisting all life on the earthplane to achieve ascension through the dynamic qualities of their specific Divine Ray. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated within our various energy bodies, and allow us to be conscious of ourselves as these magical, Divine Beings of Light. Each Ray-Master is the guide for that overlighting higher Ray quality and will assist you in the acquisition and opening of that unfolding of God’s Love. The Rays themselves are, quite literally, the unfoldment of God’s Divine Love for humanity so that all who seek the path of Return may achieve liberation.

The Five Higher Rays of the 12 Planetary Rays
Since August 7, 1972, there has been an additional five higher rays available to Humanity. The five rays, rays eight to twelve, carry a higher vibration of Source Light. They do not have the level of dualities that exist within the first seven rays, and are having an amazing influence on the anchoring and activating of our own wonderful Higher Light and in the actualization of our true nature as Master Beings of Love and Light.

The Six Cosmic Rays
During the first Harmonic Convergence, between August 15-17, 1987, and the unprecedented Light activities experienced at this time, six Cosmic rays were partially anchored onto the Earth through the Overlighting of the Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis. At this time, a Galactic portal through this quadrant of the Galaxy was reopened, which allowed the six Cosmic rays to come pouring forth onto the Earth plane. The six Cosmic rays, which were withdrawn just prior to the Fall of Atlantis, are Service rays; and were not completely anchored onto the Earth until April 23, 1994.
